AI Engineer RoleWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge agent-based AI systems for pharmaceutical applications.You will play a pivotal role in developing scalable AI solutions that accelerate drug discovery and clinical research, leveraging your expertise in agentic frameworks and foundation models.Design and deploy agent-based AI systems for healthcare and pharma-specific use cases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance within regulated environments.Fine-tune foundation models for oncology and clinical trial data, integrating them into existing systems for optimal performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI Scientists, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, to deliver robust AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Ensure the development and deployment of AI systems that are compliant with regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards of quality and security.Contribute to platform development and software engineering for AI-driven clinical study tools, working closely with our development team to identify and address technical challenges.Requirements:A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.A minimum of 10–15 months of experience in developing agentic frameworks and working with foundation models.Strong programming skills in Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Experience working with pharma domain datasets and healthcare-specific AI applications, including knowledge of computational biology and oncology.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of computational biology and oncology, including experience with bioinformatics tools and techniques.Familiarity with Tangent Agents or similar frameworks, allowing you to leverage your expertise in agentic systems.Experience in building AI platforms for regulated industries, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
