Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Finance Systems and a background in ERP's such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday or Oracle
Although based remote we are looking to hire on contract in India but the individual involved should be able to mirror working hours in either the US EST time zone or the UK
You will be joining a high-performing PMO team consisting of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. In an exceptionally fast-paced environment, we lead programs that address Finance’s crucial initiatives, business transformation, and emerging needs.
Tasks include:
- Work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to assess business needs, gather requirements, and help understand and improve work processes.
- Providing diplomatic and timely communication in an agile work environment
- Gain in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing, interviewing key stakeholders in your relevant department
- Analyse and crreate business and technical requirements.
- Develop UAT test strategy
- Assist with implementation on an as-needed basis
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes post-implementation

You will need:
- To be an experienced Senior Business Analyst working with data and technical systems.
- Good experience of Finance and Finance ERP's such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday,
- BA Tools such as Jira, Slack etc
- Experience in KPI Dashboard design u
- Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
