About the RoleAs a data scientist, you will be working on projects involving financial data analysis, investment research, and risk modeling. The role provides opportunities for both focused innovation-based research and multiple mini-projects.Responsibilities:Conduct data cleaning and pre-processing for financial datasets.Assist in equity research, fixed income research, portfolio management, and economic analysis.Apply statistical techniques to financial problems such as credit risk modeling, probability of default, and value-at-risk estimation.Work with big data sources including financial reports, macroeconomic datasets, and alternative investment data.Use Python or R to analyze, visualize, and model financial data.Participate in research projects related to quantitative trading, financial derivatives, and portfolio optimization.Required Skills:Problem-solving skills.Analytical skills.Able to learn independently.Benefits:This is an unpaid internship.The duration can be chosen from 1 month to 6 months.You can work at your own pace.Who Should Apply?Any student can apply, even without prior coding knowledge.
