Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Timings: Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter with a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation, particularly within the export sector. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and tax assessments.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely compliance with all regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support the export compliance process, including documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed.







Qualifications:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant)/CA Inter is mandatory.
  • Need Article ship experience with Industries / Companies in Export of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with international trade finance and export regulations.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
