Key roles and responsibilities of the Senior UX Designer include leading large-scale web and mobile applications, guiding user research reports and personas, creating journey maps and workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs, usability testing plans and reports, design system documentation and guidelines, regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders, knowledge-sharing materials and presentations for internal stakeholders, and document design.Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;+7 years of experience in UX design with proven track records of delivering high-quality work;Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping;Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop);Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles;Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams;Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus;Fluent English language proficiency.What We're Looking For In A Candidate:Expertise in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work;Ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills;Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines;Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and technologies.As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for driving user-centered design initiatives across various projects.
