Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is expanding its Pega QA team—and this is your chance to work on high-impact digital transformation projects across banking, insurance, and healthcare. 💼 What You’ll Do: Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions Serve as a guardian of Pega best practices, avoiding unnecessary customization and scope creep Collaborate with intelligent automation teams (AI, RPA, data) to design end-to-end enterprise solutions Develop automated test scripts using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, etc. Collaborate with developers and architects to analyse and resolve defects Ensure testing aligns with Pega guardrails and performance standards Participate in Agile ceremonies, integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines Ensure Pega best practices & OOTB alignment Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields Experience deploying Pega applications in Agile environments Experience in Pega application design, Agile delivery, and deployments Experience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit) Working knowledge of SQL and API testing Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management PCBA or PCSBA certification highly preferred Industry experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare preferred 🌟 Why Join?
