5G Digital Predistortion Architect Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled 5G Digital Predistortion Architect to develop and optimize transmitter linearizer system architecture for 5G OpenRAN Radio Units.Key Responsibilities:Design and architect the DPD Subsystem within the mMIMO Radio, focusing on high-performance DPD and CFR IP Cores in RTL.Lead the design of the DPD and CFR functional blocks in FPGA/ASIC fabric, ensuring seamless integration with leading power transistor technologies.Oversee the requirement specification of the DPD and CFR for the mMIMO radio, including detailed system-level functional requirements and specifications related to CFR and DPD.Monitor standards body activities and participate in influencing the industry with innovative vision, identifying opportunities for innovation and market disruption.Requirements:Proven track record from 5G or 4G radio program DPD development, demonstrating expertise in Systems engineering elements and conveying requirements to development and QA teams.Solid understanding of mobile networks, especially 3GPP LTE 4G and 5G, SATCOM standards related to Radio Air interface and performance specifications.In-depth knowledge of DPD architectures and linearization concepts, as well as deep knowledge of DPD algorithms and simulations.Signal Processing and algorithms expertise beneficial, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, a curious mindset striving for continuous learning and innovation.Education:Masters or PhD Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, required for this role.
