Job Title: Senior Placement StrategistThe primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture corporate relations with various companies across different regions to generate placements and opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships. This involves identifying potential corporate partners, developing relationships, and leveraging these connections to create placement opportunities.This position requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to network effectively with senior professionals such as CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs. A strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillset is also essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify new companies, create data, and outreach to create internship and placement opportunities.Campus Relations: Nurture campus relations with prospective recruiters while maintaining professionalism.CORPORATE DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Develop and maintain a database of corporates, POCs, CXOs, and CHROs.TARGET ACQUISITION: Convert new accounts through structured outreach and deliver on individual targets.CORPORATE OUTREACH: Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes for full-time positions and summer internships.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the higher education industry.Sales and strategy orientation, knowledge about business school placements.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with experience working as a team.Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.Understanding of the Indian premier business schools landscape and career outcomes.Ability to meet targets assigned with a keen eye on planning, managing, and execution.Well-networked in the corporate HR and community, with experience working with senior professionals.Proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and pleasing personality with strong analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with presentation skills.High level of integrity and strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
