Oracle Project Manager - MDM & Data ConversionThe opportunity exists for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage multiple technical projects within a hybrid environment that incorporates both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.This role will be responsible for directing, managing, and controlling project plans and activities to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage and control multiple medium to extra-large technical projects.Provide comprehensive project updates to various audiences.Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, risks, and resource requirements.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business partners, external vendors, and internal IS teams.Manage project budgets and financials.Execute projects within a hybrid environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years progressive experience in technical project management.3 years of proven track record of delivering multiple medium and large-sized technical projects.Effective leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and proactive.Strong financial analysis skills.What We Offer:This is a remote contract opportunity with a possibility of extensions.
