Job Title: IT/Tech Support Specialists

Position Overview: 

We are looking for proactive and skilled IT/Tech Support Specialists to join our team. You will manage a variety of tasks while collaborating closely with onshore team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Applicant should be highly customer-centric with excellent English communication skills.

The annual salary for this role ranges from ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 (4–6 LPA), depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities

Ticket Management:

  • Manage incoming tickets via email, ticketing portal, and phone (in English).
  • Address and resolve tickets related to account setups, changes (e.g., name or number updates), and terminations for employees.

Telecommunications Support:

Account Creation, Cisco Finesse, Jabber, Zoom-related issues, Mobile device support, VoIP & Phone Support, Conference Room Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, Co-ordinate and manage ticket escalations, Incident logging, Ticket management, triage, routing, Engage and support during major incidents, Service Value Management.

Major responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health and performance of phone systems and related infrastructure.
  • Monitor and resolve recurring issues and suggest automation or scripting improvements for efficiency.
  • Configuration of phones, Fax-related issues, Webex and Voicemail configuration /issues, Monitoring and Performance

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with virtual desktop environments (e.g., VMWare).
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of phone systems, fax servers, and mobile device management preferred (training provided).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to new systems and workflows.


Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 6.30 PM to 6.30 AM IST
