Maintain documentation and update as requiredDetect and troubleshoot operational and functional issuesUnderstanding of logic programming and the software build processSound knowledge of JCL Sound knowledge of transmission productsSound knowledge of a scheduling software packageDemonstrate a high level understanding of Data Center and operations environmentProvide 24 x 7 support for problems and issues related to Code Management or issues related to JCL changesGood to Have:Good communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills get along well with others.Strong analytical & problem-solving skillsAble to multi-task, can manage and prioritize several projects to meet deadlines.Code Management SupportCode, test and implement JCL modifications in support of Data Center Engineering initiatives to the environment or mainframe products.Interface with vendors as well as other Key Technology Services teams to maintain and support the environmentWork on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgmentDevelopment and Enforcement standards and guidelines as they relate to JCL codingMinimum Qualification:•15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
