The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in workflow automation, data manipulation, change management, and integration development across various enterprise applications.About the Role:Automation Solutions Development: Design and develop complex Workato recipes, connectors, and APIs to integrate various SaaS-based applications. Develop custom Workato connectors where necessary to support integration needs.Data Management & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows. Perform data transformations, validations, and enrichments within Workato recipes. Manage error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging to ensure robust integrations.Change Management & Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage deployment lifecycles and version control. Follow best practices for testing, release management, and documentation of integrations. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in integration development.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve integration issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Optimize recipes and workflows for better performance and reliability. Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking for Workato integrations.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT to understand automation needs. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on Workato best practices.
