As a Gen AI Architect, you will design and implement generative AI-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will lead the design, governance, and industrialization of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms and solutions across engineering and manufacturing domains. This role combines deep technical architecture, strategic advisory, and delivery governance, enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned GenAI transformation for global clients across multiple Business domains.QualificationsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fieldsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to analyze complex business challenges and propose AI-driven solutionsProficiency in building and deploying generative AI models, including expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorchProficiency in the following:Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI modelsExperience in programming languages like Python, R, or other coding platforms relevant to AI model developmentGood understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security aspects for structured and unstructured data.RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, Agentic workflows, tool calling, memory systems, Prompt engineering, tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, multi-model orchestration and inference optimizationAbility to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentLeadership of large, cross-functional global teams and ownership of AI & GenAI transformation programsStrong stakeholder management at CXO and VP levelsExcellent communication for executive storytelling and solution visualization
