Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team in designing and developing robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions for our SaaS-based CRM platform.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, preferably with NestJS, and hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).A solid understanding of backend architecture, authentication, security practices, and error handling is essential.Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc., and Microservices Design Patterns is required.Excellent debugging and performance optimization abilities, as well as knowledge of Git version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution, are also necessary.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, collaborating cross-functionally with Frontend, AI, and Mobile teams for seamless delivery.You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining services using Microservice Architecture for modularity and performance.Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS preferred), and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases efficiently.Continuously optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript.Proven experience with Node.js, preferably with NestJS.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).Solid understanding of backend architecture, authentication, security practices, and error handling.Proficiency in AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.Knowledge of Microservices Design Patterns.Practical experience with Azure Boards and Agile workflows.Skilled in Git version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.Familiarity with Pull Request etiquette and peer code reviews.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective communication with frontend teams.Excellent debugging and performance optimization abilities.Bonus Points:Nice to Have):Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).Exposure to Serverless Frameworks (like Serverless.js or AWS SAM).Background working in Agile/Scrum teams.
