Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of software engineers. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.About the RoleDevelop and implement test plans and strategies to meet functional requirements, user stories, and user acceptance criteria.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure application functionality, usability, and performance.Review and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.Analyze issues, bugs, and defects, and recommend solutions to improve product quality.Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders and project teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in commercial software development processes and SaaS/ASP applications.Proven track record of developing and implementing test automation strategies.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and related processes.Proficiency in test management tools like qTest, Allure, JIRA, and Quality Center.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.Experience with C++ and proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.Good communication and collaboration skills.What We OfferA competitive compensation package, including benefits and rewards programs.A dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality and success of our software products.
