Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI engineering, Python programming, API development, and cloud integration, combined with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs.Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and prompt engineering strategies.Build and maintain APIs for AI-driven applications.Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices.Technical Competencies (Mandatory Skills)Generative AI & LLMStrong familiarity with Generative AI ecosystem and LLM models.Hands-on experience with RAG workflows and prompt engineering techniques.Python ProficiencyAdvanced Python programming skills.Experience with libraries relevant to Generative AI such as LangChain and LangGraph.API DevelopmentProven experience with API development frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.Cloud & DevOps IntegrationPractical exposure to AIOps and DevOps tools and practices.Hands-on experience with Azure AI services.Collaboration MetricsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.Mandatory Skills:Generative AI ecosystem & LLM modelsRAG workflow & prompt engineeringAdvanced Python with LangChain/LangGraphAPI development (FastAPI/Django REST/Flask)AIOps, DevOps tools, and Azure AI servicesPreferred QualificationsBachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.Prior experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
