Job Title: Technical Operations LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to oversee and guide a team of technical experts in a dynamic production environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 10+ technical operations engineers, fostering their growth and development.Guide the team in handling critical situations and high-severity incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.Manage and resolve L2/L3 technical issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and expertise.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, incident management, production deployments, and cross-functional coordination.Required Skills & Qualifications:8–12 years of experience in technical operations or system administration, with a proven track record of success.Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, driving results and delivering value.Strong Linux administration skills (command-line, scripting, troubleshooting), with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
