The role of a Financial Strategist is crucial in the success of our organization. This position involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strong financial governance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead Financial Operations: Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare Reports: Create monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Manage Finances: Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Ensure Compliance: Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development to support strategic decisions.Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree: In accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Skills: Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance; proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities; ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
