This dynamic role focuses on delivering exceptional support experiences during customer-facing incidents by coordinating across diverse teams and ensuring timely, clear, and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned incident manager to drive strategic improvements in our customer experience. You will be responsible for leading the response effort, technical coordination, and remediation of customer-facing reliability and security incidents.Develop and implement effective incident management strategies to minimize impact and ensure prompt resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Engineering, and Legal, to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive actionable results.Actively participate in post-incident reviews (PIRs) to assess root causes, document lessons learned, and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.Provide timely and transparent updates through official channels to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.Identify and leverage data insights to inform incident prevention strategies and optimize customer impact assessments.Cultivate open and effective communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.RequirementsTo succeed in this critical role, you will need:Proven experience in incident management, with a strong track record of driving strategic improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Expertise in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform incident prevention strategies.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.What We OfferIn return for your expertise, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
