Job Title: Tech Lead - UAT ManagementWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to manage our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.Responsibilities:Plan, execute and coordinate UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations ensuring seamless integration with business stakeholders.Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs and decision outcomes to ensure accurate decision-making.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic and identify areas for improvement.Utilize SAS to extract, validate and analyze test data comparing results against expected outputs to drive data-driven decisions.Maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test result documentation for all testing cycles to ensure transparency and accountability.Develop and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes and making informed decisions.Ensure audit-ready documentation of results and support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong programming skills in SAS with expertise in data extraction, manipulation and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies.Familiarity with UAT management, test planning and defect tracking tools.High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks.Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.What We Offer:A competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
