Visual Design SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess strong visual acuity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into stunning designs that captivate audiences and enhance brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Logo Design:Create impactful and memorable logos that align with the brand's vision and identity.Demonstrate adaptability by delivering multiple logo options and iterating based on feedback.Marketing Collaterals:Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines across all designs.Digital Banners:Develop eye-catching web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms.Ensure designs are adaptable to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.Align designs with the overall strategy and message.Brand Identity:Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all deliverables.Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.File Preparation:Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print production.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.Knowledge of print production processes and digital optimisation.Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce original designs.Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and commitment to quality in design execution.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.Benefits:A supportive and creative work environment.Growth opportunities in branding, strategy, and digital marketing.Chance to work closely with founders and marketing heads.Competitive salary based on experience.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a good fit for this role.
