Artificial Intelligence Strategist: We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) endeavors.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in AI, Generative AI, Data Science, and AI Architecture. They will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI systems that deliver tangible business value.Define and Execute AI Strategy: Develop and implement the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Architect and Lead AI Ecosystems: Design and manage end-to-end AI/ML ecosystems, encompassing data pipelines, model development, deployment, and governance.Design Robust AI Architectures: Create scalable AI architectures integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) within enterprise environments.Innovate with LLMs: Leverage frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and CrewAI to build agentic AI systems and pioneer new applications of Large Language Models.Build and Optimize GenAI Workflows: Develop prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines for enhanced Generative AI capabilities.Oversee AI Platform Engineering: Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting AI platforms.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, data, and business teams to deliver AI-driven architectures and solutions accelerating digital transformation.Represent AI Thought Leadership: Drive innovation discussions at industry events and forums, positioning the organization as a key player in AI advancements.
