Senior User Interface Designer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering user interface (UI) solutions that meet our company's high standards and best practices.You will work closely with our technical specialists to ensure seamless integration of the UI into our products.Your key responsibilities will include:Participating in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, confirm and document business requirements;Defining, designing and developing wireframing and UI for client applications and in-house products;Collaborating with automation/RPA and .NET/Web developers to enable the integration of the UI into .NET/Web applications;Key Activities:Workshops and Interviews:Wireframing and UI Development:Integration and Collaboration: Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:Strong Knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex;Hands-on Experience: Building responsive web/App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices;Usability Testing: Identifying and fixing UI issues, and gathering real-world intelligence from target users;Visual Aids: Using wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs;Certifications: At least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer and 3 years as a SharePoint Developer;Language Skills: Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns;Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences;BenefitsThis role offers:Hiring Now: Immediate start available;Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus bonus determined by level and experience;Benefits Package: Healthcare, relocation, vacation and holidays.
