We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Engineer to join our CNC Machine Shop team at TAK Automation Coimbatore, a leading valve and pump manufacturer.

  • Experienced professional with 2 to 8 years of experience in CNC operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • CNC Machine Operation: Operate and monitor a variety of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HTC) with a keen eye for detail and a focus on producing high-quality components.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a team-oriented environment. You will be expected to work closely with senior machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize production processes, and share knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve machining and process challenges. A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential, especially when facing new or complex tasks.
  • Quality and Precision: Perform rigorous in-process and final inspections to ensure every part meets our stringent quality standards. This requires an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.
  • Maintenance & Improvement: Conduct routine machine maintenance checks and contribute ideas for process improvement, safety, and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Fresh Candidates: A strong foundational understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and materials.
  • Experienced Candidates: Proven hands-on experience in operating and programming HMC, VMC, VTL, or HTC machines.
