Data Science SpecialistBayone Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist to drive innovation within our microservices architecture.We are looking for someone who can lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of data pipelines and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration within a microservices environment.Design, develop, and deploy data engineering solutions and back-end services within a microservices environment.Architect and implement scalable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.Work closely with solution engineers and architects to develop technical design specifications from which programs will be written or configured.The ideal candidate has experience with technologies such as Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Scala/Java, SQL/SparkSQL, Python, Apache Spark, Databricks, Apache Storm, Cosmos DB, Redis, Kafka Ecosystem, Kafka Streams library, Kafka Avro Schemas, Grafana, Grafana Loki Logging, Restful API Design Patterns, Swagger Documentation, JSON, YAML, microservices architectures, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Node.js.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data pipelines and back-end services.Design and implement scalable data solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Required Skills:Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and SQL.Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Ability to work with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools.Bonus Points:Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation.Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
