Job Title: Student Recruitment ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies, enhance the university's brand visibility, and foster strong relationships with education agents.This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for supporting students from South Asia (excluding Pakistan) in achieving their educational goals.Main Responsibilities:Recruit students from South Asia (excluding Pakistan) for our UK University, ensuring alignment with institutional entry requirements and compliance standards.Promote and enhance the university's brand visibility across key South Asian markets through targeted student engagement activities, agent training, education fairs, and partnership development.Act as the primary liaison between the region and the UK-based international recruitment and admissions teams, ensuring effective communication and coordinated operations.Provide accurate and timely pre-application advice to students and agents, including guidance on documentation, entry criteria, programme selection, and compliance expectations.Develop and maintain a structured agent engagement plan, including regular market visits, performance reviews, product training sessions, and relationship-building activities.Represent the university at education fairs, school outreach events, information sessions, and other promotional activities across the region to support brand visibility and student recruitment.Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, counsellors, schools, and other key stakeholders to help grow and sustain recruitment numbers.Manage the end-to-end student recruitment pipeline, supporting applicants from enquiry to enrolment and identifying opportunities to strengthen conversion rates.Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and student behaviour to provide actionable market intelligence that supports strategic planning.Uphold compliance standards by ensuring applicants and agents are fully briefed on UKVI requirements, documentation standards, credibility factors, and financial guidelines.Contribute to the growth of the university's reputation and market presence in South Asia through ethical, compliant, and high-quality recruitment practices.Prepare and submit weekly activity and pipeline reports to the Regional Manager, outlining progress, challenges, insights, and upcoming initiatives.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in student recruitment, preferably in the UK higher education sector.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of the UK higher education sector, particularly in relation to student recruitment and international markets.Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.Able to travel frequently within the region, as required.What We OfferIn return, we offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.The chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.A fast-paced and challenging environment that will push your skills and expertise.A comprehensive induction program and support for your continued growth and development.
