Graphic Design Leader PositionWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Leader who can transform ideas into captivating visual content, drive design innovation, and craft impactful brand experiences across various platforms.Lead creative design execution for branding, digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, web & print initiatives.Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, UI/UX experts, video editors & growth teams to achieve design excellence.Translate abstract concepts/briefs into compelling visual stories and campaign directions that resonate with audiences.Develop high-quality static, motion, and advertising creatives for Meta, Google & programmatic platforms that meet client expectations.Maintain brand consistency and establish design systems across projects to ensure seamless implementation.Guide junior designers, review their work, and elevate the visual standards within the team.Present ideas, justify design decisions, and professionally manage client feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.Take ownership of design delivery timelines and quality, ensuring timely completion and exceptional results.Required Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign (Figma knowledge is a plus).A strong portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking, not just standalone designs.A deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity, and digital advertising principles.The ability to create high-impact social media and performance marketing creatives that engage target audiences.Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills to develop innovative designs.The ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced agency timelines.Motion graphics knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.Experience working with real clients, pitches, and presentations to showcase design expertise.Preferred Experience:Background in creative or digital agencies, with a focus on graphic design leadership.Experience designing for performance ads, reels, brand identity, and campaign pitches.Team handling or mentoring experience to lead and grow design teams.
