Structural Design SpecialistThe role of Structural Design Specialist plays a crucial part in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. It involves overseeing the creation, analysis, and implementation of structural elements such as buildings, foundations, platforms, and support systems for equipment and utilities.Design and review structural components for new facilities, expansions, and equipment installations.Conduct structural analysis and load calculations for buildings, mezzanines, pipe racks, and utility supports.Develop and validate construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs in coordination with civil and architectural teams.Ensure compliance with local building codes, food industry standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor construction quality and adherence to design specifications through site inspections.Collaborate with project managers, equipment vendors, and contractors during planning and execution phases.Support feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for structural scopes.Maintain documentation for audits, approvals, and internal governance.Qualifications & SkillsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.5-10 years of experience in structural design and construction within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.Strong analytical, design, and project coordination skills; knowledge of hygiene and food-grade construction practices is a plus.Additional Benefits:The selected candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.About Us:We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
