Senior Payroll Analyst Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee the entire payroll lifecycle.Process end-to-end payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Verify employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings to maintain accuracy.Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare regular reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding payroll.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues efficiently.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline workflows.Develop payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation to support business decisions.Answer and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Expertise in full-cycle payroll management, including compliance and reconciliation.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Audit and financial analysis skills to develop comprehensive reports.Benefits:This role offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
