To achieve this, you will be responsible for crafting detailed reporting mechanisms that highlight potential risks and mitigation strategies.Develop an internal audit plan that aligns with our company's risk management strategy, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines and policies.Oversee and coordinate tasks with team members, internal auditors, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.Effective People Management and LeadershipReview and supervise audit work, taking ownership of assigned audits and providing guidance to junior team members.Motivate and lead your team to contribute to change initiatives and projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Policies, Processes, Systems & ProceduresImplement approved policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to required standards and regulatory requirements.Sustained ExcellenceContribute to the identification and implementation of change initiatives and projects, driving business growth and improvement.REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with a Master's preferred, along with certifications in ISO, PMP, or OHSAS.At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in power or water industry environments, coupled with strong project management, multitasking, and QA/QC skills.Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in report writing, formatting, and MS Office applications.A solid understanding of technical matters, safety protocols, business management principles, and QA/QC processes.Familiarity with industry-specific tools such as MS 365, SAP, MAXIMO, Primavera (PMP), AUTOCAD, or other software relevant to the role.
