Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Engineering Leader to lead the development of our cutting-edge technology platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, building, and delivering a scalable, modular, multi-tenant SaaS platform integrating Fleet, Charging, Driver, and Carbon modules. If you have a passion for innovation, a strong technical background, and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.Technology Leadership & Platform Ownership: Own the end-to-end engineering strategy, roadmap, and execution for the BLive Mobility platform. Architect and build a scalable, modular, multi-tenant SaaS platform integrating Fleet, Charging, Driver, and Carbon modules.Hands-On Development & Architecture: Lead by example — contribute to coding, architecture design, and code reviews where required. Deep expertise in microservices, AWS Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes (EKS), containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible).Engineering Execution & Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA). Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership.Proven track record in building or scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.Deep expertise in microservices, AWS Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes (EKS), containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible).Strong understanding of event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS) and cloud observability (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).Proficiency in Flutter and React for modern frontend architecture.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Others:Prior experience in EV mobility, fleet tech, logistics, or IoT platforms is preferred.Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, telematics data, or carbon analytics is a plus.
