- Establish and maintain accurate inventories of software assets, including licenses, entitlements, and usage statistics, in cooperation with the procurement, IT, and finance teams.
- Implementing the tools solution based on the design
- Configuration and customization, integration and testing of the application
- Provide and troubleshoot early warnings on tool issues.
- Assist in packaging and delivering of the developed software
- Interface with the product vendors to seek technical clarifications on Product related issues faced.
- Work with other Customer teams on enterprise level products and problems
Create and execute rules, methods, and procedures for software asset management (SAM) to guarantee uniformity and standardize operations throughout the company.
