This position combines technical expertise, project management skills, and collaborative abilities to implement, manage, and optimize EDI systems and workflows.Responsibilities include:Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and configuration of partner integrations to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.Maintaining optimal system performance through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.Implementing EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements to improve efficiency and streamline data flows.Evaluating EDI processes for opportunities to enhance and simplify data flows for improved ease-of-use.Additional responsibilities include participating in and leading EDI implementation initiatives and projects, collaborating closely with SAP teams and EDI providers, and providing technical support and incident handling.Key qualifications include strong knowledge of EDI standards and communication protocols, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated customer focus with ability to meet project timelines.
