Their mission is to simplify finance and help more people access credit across India.Job DescriptionExperience required :- Minimum 9 years post qualificationQualification :- CALocation :- BangaloreCandidate Requirements:Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experiencePrior work experience in the financial services sector (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, etc.)Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics and investor-related deliverables.Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in data-driven decision-makingJob Profile:Preparation and analysis of MIS reports across business units, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecastingAnnual budgeting exercise / preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with business and functional teamsTracking and analysing key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisionsScenario modelling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlookRegular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunitiesSupport leadership with business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetingsCollaborate with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholdersContribute to due diligence efforts and provide financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships.
