We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Architect to design, implement, and optimize SharePoint Online and on-premise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, governance, and migration strategies, along with experience in integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:


• Architecture & Design: Develop SharePoint Online and on-premise architecture to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.


• Migration & Modernization: Lead migration efforts from legacy platforms (e.g., SharePoint 2013/2016, File Shares, or other ECM solutions) to SharePoint Online.


• Customization & Development: Oversee customization efforts using Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, and other Microsoft 365 tools.


• Governance & Security: Define governance policies, compliance standards, and security best practices for SharePoint environments.


• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.


• Support & Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for SharePoint-related issues and provide expert-level support.


• Stakeholder Management: Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Documentation & Training: Create architectural documentation, guidelines, and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Technical Expertise:


• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019


• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Teams


• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting


• Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and security best practices


• Migration Experience:


• Experience with SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or AvePoint


• Architecture & Governance:


• Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, permissions, and compliance


• Experience designing multi-tenant and hybrid SharePoint solutions


• Soft Skills:


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management


• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team member
