Summary:
Strategy Development:
•Define and implement a scalable growth strategy for Personal Loans across different regions.
•Drive product innovation and customer-centric offerings to cater to the target customer segment.
•Lead competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales and Collection Management:
•Develop and manage a nationwide sales and collection strategy.
•Oversee recruitment, performance management of a high-performing sales team.
•Foster partnerships with digital platforms, marketplaces, and FinTech's to drive Personal Loan acquisition through new-age channels.

Product and Risk Management:
•Work closely with product, credit, and risk teams to design loan products that balance customer requirements with risk parameters.
•Establish and enforce robust credit policies and underwriting standards tailored for micro loans.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and manage portfolio quality.
Customer Experience and Engagement:
•Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies for sustainable growth.
•Enhance customer experience by working with the operations and tech teams to streamline loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
•Oversee customer service strategies to address queries, grievances, and feedback effectively.

Performance Tracking and Analytics:
•Set up robust performance metrics and KPIs for the personal loan business.
