Job Title: Senior Talent AnalystWe are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent.About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment, with expertise in sourcing quality resumes through various channels.Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.Sources and screens high-quality candidates using a range of techniques, including social media, job portals, and referrals.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Manage multiple requirements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to deliver results efficiently.Provides qualitative candidate recommendations to stakeholders within agreed timeframes.Maintains accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.In-depth understanding of technologies, languages, and frameworks used by developers.Familiarity with social media platforms, ATS systems, and other relevant tools.Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.Additional experience with niche hiring and critical search assignments is desirable.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and take your recruitment career to the next level.
