Job Title: Senior Java DeveloperAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Java engineer to join our team as a Senior Java Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Java professional with hands-on experience in Functional Programming, Microservices architecture, and Cloud deployment patterns.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement microservices using modern Java functional programming concepts.Collaborate on event-driven systems using Kafka and apply architectural patterns like Choreography, Strangler, and Sidecar.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Develop and deploy applications in GCP (or any public cloud) using services like Cloud Run, GKE, GCS, etc.Write clean, testable, and scalable code with emphasis on readability and maintainability.Contribute to the adoption of modern Java features, including Pattern Matching, Records, and Record Patterns.Demonstrate a foundational understanding of deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.Required Skills and QualificationsLanguages: Proficiency in Java, preferably with experience in Functional Programming.Technologies: Familiarity with Microservices architecture, Kafka, and cloud platforms such as GCP.Skills: Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.What We OfferPersonal Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Collaborative Environment: Collaborative team environment with opportunities for knowledge-sharing and growth.
