Must Have: 4+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe development. Strong programming skills in COBOL and JCL. Proficiency in DB2 (SQL queries, stored procedures) and VSAM file handling. Experience with mainframe utilities and debugging tools. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in CICS, IMS, or other transaction processing systems. Familiarity with DevOps tools for mainframe environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of existing applications. Optimize batch processes and ensure efficient job scheduling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Work LocationIndia: Chennai,Hyderabad, PuneTCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered.Referrals are always welcome
