Job Title: Visual Content Creator About the Role:This is a high-impact opportunity for a skilled Visual Content Creator to develop and implement visually striking thumbnails that drive clicks and grow clients' channels. Key Responsibilities:Design realistic/eye-catching thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop and photo manipulation skills.Finding and generating accurate assets for thumbnails using thorough search or AI image generation tools.Create variants and A/B test to understand which thumbnail style creates the highest impact.Taking full ownership of the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for our YouTube channels, with a clear goal of improving it.Researching and staying constantly updated with new design/thumbnail trends and competitor strategies on YouTube.Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of all thumbnails. The Ideal Candidate:As a key contributor to our foundational team, you will wear multiple hats, contribute beyond your role, and shape our culture from the ground up.
