Job Title: Mortgage Customer Support SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.Assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.Communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.Coordinate with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.Schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion.Notify clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency.About This RoleThis role requires a highly skilled professional who can review and update construction documents in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends.Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trendsAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
