This positions NuVvaGen Bioscience to deliver high-quality products to international markets with a focus on precision and compliance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head, based in Palghar. The Plant Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules, maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, implementing quality control measures, managing plant resources, coordinating maintenance of machinery, and leading efforts for continuous improvement in processes and safety standards.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising and coordinating teamsExpertise in GMP , US FDA , WHO GMP , EU GMP compliance, regulatory standards, and cleanroom operationsTechnical knowledge of PLC/VFD-enabled machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing processesProficiency in operational planning, resource management, and production schedulingProblem-solving abilities and experience in driving process improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantageBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Hands-on experience with Capsule-in-Capsule and Liquid-Filled Capsule production lines.
