We’re offering a paid internship for a Junior Scrum Coordinator a perfect role for fresh grads who want to lead, manage, and coordinate across teams. This internship will give you hands-on experience working closely with top management, helping departments stay in sync, and learning the ins and outs of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep Teams in Sync: Act as the main point of contact for teams across the company, ensuring everyone is aligned and working smoothly together.
Support Senior Leadership: Work closely with top management to gain insights into strategic planning and decision-making.
Drive Scrum Practices: Help implement Scrum methods to encourage collaboration, boost productivity, and keep projects on track.
Manage Sprint Timelines: Assist in scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring each sprint hits its goals.
Facilitate Clear Communication: Serve as the bridge between departments like development, marketing, and operations to support seamless project flow.
