Job OpportunityDelivering cutting-edge software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, our organisation relies on experienced programme managers to drive project success.This strategic role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of pharmacovigilance analytics software delivery.Responsibilities include defining and executing complex projects, aligning objectives with business strategy, and providing governance across projects.The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management methodologies, proficiency in project management tools, and knowledge of regulatory standards.A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of experience in client-facing project and programme management are essential qualifications.Define and manage the execution of complex, multi-workstream projects for pharmaceutical clients.Align project and programme objectives with business strategy to ensure successful outcomes.Provide governance and direction across projects, managing dependencies and interproject risks.Serve as the key escalation point for internal stakeholders and external clients.Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement-gathering sessions and proposal authoring.Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparent communication and change management.Coordinate and oversee the work of multiple project managers and third-party contributors.Maintain control of project and programme scope and evaluate change requests.Actively mentor and coach project managers, fostering a culture of project management excellence.Ensure a consistent approach to project and programme delivery by championing standardised methodologies and best practices.Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and KPIs, and address variances or issues.Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of enterprise-level project and programme delivery methodologies.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Leadership and strategic thinking skills.Ability to manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.Knowledge of regulatory standards and project management methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.12+ years of experience in client-facing project and programme management delivering software solutions to pharmaceutical clients.
