Assistant Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality management group, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001 standards.A Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is highly valued but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GD&T) and engineering drawing standards.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly chemical etching, electroplating, mechanical stamping, and furnace operations, is essential. A strong understanding of process validation methods, feasibility studies, and part qualification techniques is also required.The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to develop new parts, improve processes, and manage risks effectively. They will lead a team of 10-15 quality technicians and 3-5 quality engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the smooth operation of quality control processes.This role requires exceptional communication skills, as the incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders to document quality business processes and systems, monitor quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
