Job Title: Backend DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team.This role involves working closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API documentation, and contribute to system infrastructure.Develop clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend components.Analyze external API documentation to help build new integrations.Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.Collaborate with customers to resolve real-time issues.Translate requirements into technical tasks with the product managers and developers.Participate in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning.Build robust APIs to support integrations.Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in Java development.Ability to interpret API documentation.Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).Good communication skills.
