Job TitleAchieve Success as a Land Acquisition SpecialistWe seek an accomplished and results-driven Land Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end land sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and closure.This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and ensuring each acquisition aligns with our long-term vision.Research and evaluate potential land parcels in strategic locations.Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.Coordinate landowner interactions and manage discussions for smooth acquisitions.Conduct feasibility studies, due-diligence checks, and preliminary valuation assessments.Lead negotiations to secure land at optimal terms.Coordinate legal teams for documentation and compliance.Liaise with authorities for zoning approvals and regulatory clearances.Analyze market trends for informed decision-making.Maintain accurate records and acquisition pipelines.Requirements4-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related fields.Strong network with brokers, landowners, and regional authorities.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Sound understanding of local land laws and compliance processes.Ability to conduct market analysis and identify high-potential parcels.High integrity and professionalism.PREFERRED QUALITIESExperience working in rural, suburban, or emerging growth corridors.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution approach.Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
