Lead AI Security ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Security Expert to establish and govern security best practices across our AI, Data, and Digital portfolios.About the RoleThis role involves building the AI security foundation for the organization, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of how AI solutions are built, from experimentation to production, and be able to lead a small, cross-functional team to operationalize AI security across business units.ResponsibilitiesBuild and Lead AI Security Function: Design and implement the organization's AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.Secure AI Product Lifecycle: Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Define policies to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.AI Risk & Insurance: Evaluate and establish AI insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.Security Best Practices: Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Leadership: Mentor a small, high-performing horizontal team, influencing security posture across business units.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.RequirementsProven experience in AI Security, Application/Product Security, or Cloud Security roles with exposure to AI/ML products in production.Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and inference operations.Deep knowledge of security principles, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks applicable to AI solutions (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365 Security, Defender, Sentinel, Purview) is preferred.Understanding of infrastructure security and ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure and DevOps teams.Awareness of AI legality, ethics, and governance frameworks and their impact on enterprise AI deployment.Ability to drive cross-BU initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years focused on AI or cloud security.Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, Azure Security Engineer, or AI-related security credentials are a plus.Prior experience in building or leading AI security frameworks in an enterprise environment.What We OfferWe are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive, both professionally and personally.
