The candidate should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will play a vital role in teaching, research, and mentoring within the computer science department, contributing to our tradition of academic excellence.Qualifications and SkillsStrong foundation in computer science principles with at least a master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution is required for application.Experience in curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate courses (Mandatory skill).Proven track record of research publications in reputable academic journals (Mandatory skill).Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues effectively.Competency in academic mentoring and guiding students in their educational journey (Mandatory skill).Substantial knowledge in machine learning and its application within various domains of computer science.Understanding and implementation experience in cybersecurity practices and protocols to ensure student and institutional safety online.Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its educational methodologies to enrich the teaching experience.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes in computer science and related fields.Participate in the creation and updating of academic curriculum to maintain educational standards.Conduct research and publish findings to contribute to the academic community and enhance institutional prestige.Guide and mentor students in their academic endeavors and career planning.Collaborate with colleagues and engage in departmental meetings, committees, and curricular improvements.Evaluate and assess student performance to provide constructive feedback and foster academic growth.Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends in computer science education.Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the department and institution.Job Location: PSGR Krishnammal college for Women, Coimbatore.Pay Scale: As per NormsApply Mode: E-mail -
