Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Excellent troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Salesforce Development Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com/Force.com development, with a solid understanding of the SDLC processes.
  • LWC, Apex, and Integrations: Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and building integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Configuration and Security Implementation: Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce flows and establishing robust security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Deployment and Version Control: Practical experience with deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Ant, Copado) and proficiency in version control systems such as Git or similar tools.
  • Multi-Cloud Expertise: Experience working with Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Certification Requirement: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is mandatory.
  • CLM/CPQ Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domains, with experience using relevant CLM/CPQ tools is a plus.
  • ETL Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of any Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools is a plus.
  • Additional Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is advantageous.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Design the overall architecture, data model, integration strategy, and technical components of Salesforce implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns to ensure the development of high-quality Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to support various business processes and handle the deployment process.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
